MKEKA NA KANGA FESTIVAL SEASON 2, 20204.

The photos above feature TCF members participating in the Mkeka na Kanga Festival Season 2, held on 27 July 2024 at the grounds of Lake Duluti in Tengeru, Arusha. TCF showcased and displayed its products, while also exploring market opportunities both within and beyond Arusha.

Among the showcased innovations was a locally designed refrigerator developed by TCF’s expert, Ibrahim Mohamed Nganogera. This eco-friendly, electricity-free refrigerator is capable of preserving vegetables and fruits effectively without incurring any operational costs.

During the festival, TCF also presented dishwashing soap products from its community groups, helping to promote their efforts and expand their market reach. The soaps were warmly received by attendees, resulting in significant sales and the establishment of new contacts for future business opportunities.
